Get answers to commonly asked questions about Rentelo's bike rental services.
Original Hard Copy of Driving License or Passport need to submit as a security measure. This helps ensure the validity and authenticity of the booking.
Cancellation due to documents issue - No Questions Asked Full Refund.
Cancellation before 60 mins - No Questions Asked Full Refund.
Cancellation After Pickup Time - No Refund
Cancellation After Pickup Time - Refund on the Pro data bases minus GST.
Cancellation No Show - No Refund.
Customer has to pay for any damages to, loss of, or any theft regardless of the cause or fault will be paid at Market Price.
Its Customer complete responsibility to take the video or picture of the vehicle at the time of pickup.
Apart from the existing damages and scratches. Insurance will be not be claimed for damages and scratches.
Any charges exceeding Rs:20000 will be claimed from the Insurance for vehicles under 200CC.
Inactive days during the repair period shall be charged at 50% of the day rental amount.
We understand Bangalore traffic. So we give one hour grace timing. After one hour it will be one complete day charge as per the vehicle.
